How To Apply For A Rental
Step 1: Complete the Application

Step 2: Gather the Required Documentation
- A complete application for each adult 18 year of age and older.
- Two pieces of I.D. must be photocopied for file (Social Security card & valid Driver’s License).
- We must be able to verify current employment through
- Pay stubs
- Employer/source contact, or
- Tax Records
Step 3: Application Fee
Step 4: Security Deposit
At the time that you are accepted, the Security Deposit is due within 48 hours of acceptance. The application fee, security deposit and first month’s rent are to be paid in the form of a Cashiers Check or Money Order or Major Credit Card online via PayPal.
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Breeds that are not acceptable include but are not limited to Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinchers. Pets may not be allowed at some rental locations.
